- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If there is anything less than one star its this bank. Their customer service for an institution that handles your money is appalling. The manager, Evelyn was less than sympathetic when I told her I wasvtrying to track down money that my recently deceased Mother left for me in a Wells Fargo CD. Now I can see why they are under investigation nationally. With no help from this manager I.am forced to see legal counsel. DONT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE.By LT BURNELL, March 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yesterday I was looking for a new bank since I bank with a credit union but if I need a branch I have to travel 40 minutes to it. So I went in to this wels Fargo to check it out. I think the best way to check out customer services is by seeing how they handle someone with out an account. I took in about $30 in change rolls. I waited about 6 mins in line. I got up to the front and asked if could change them. They asked for my account. I said I did not have one. The teller told me sorry nothing I can do to help. I asked not even this once? She said no, it our policy not to help people without accounts. You will need one. Interesting part is the credit union near them helped me without an account.
